Helpful tips for mature eyes:

If you choose to use shimmer, add it where your eyes are less crepey.

Remember that light colors draw attention and make things seem larger.

Dark colors push back and make things seem less obvious.

Use a matte black eye shadow to deepen any eye color look.

Matte brown eye shadow can be used as a quick brow powder.

Lining your lips will give them definition, even them out, and keep your lipstick in place.

For a "pouty-look", add a light and/or shimmery lip gloss to the center of your bottom lip.
