Coping with Joint Pain

Are you coping with severe joint pain and assuming it's just part of being over 40?

Or should I say, are you TRYING to cope with joint pain!

It is something that affects so many aspects of our lives, sometimes causing those of us with severe chronic pain to leave jobs that we love or stop doing recreational activities that we have enjoyed in the past.

In today's video, for my amazing audience of mature women seeking to be their beautiful best selves, I discuss my experience with joint pain. I discovered that it wasn't "normal" and when the cause was finally explained to me, I learned how to more effectively deal with it.

Whether the pain you are experiencing is chronic or acute, whether you've experienced it for years or days, whether you are 45 or 85, YOUR PAIN MATTERS!

So let's talk about what could be contributing to your joint pain (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, EDS, or in my case, Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder). Let's also discuss ways to manage the pain so we can still enjoy life fully and do the things we love to do.
